It feels like just yesterday I was trying to squeeze the absolute last drop out of summer. Then, almost overnight, I found myself outside with a camera, snapping pictures of the brilliant reds and golds of the autumn foliage.
Now, barely a week after those trees hit their absolute peak, the branches are practically bare. Time to get out the leaf blower and send those leaves on their way!
Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and the winter holiday season is waiting just beyond it. Time to turn the page.
